As much as possible, patients who come down to the clinic physically will be registered and called in the order of registration. 

However, patients who are deemed to be more seriously unwell may be seen earlier based on the discretion of the doctor.

Also, some patients will be given fixed appointment timings to have their fasting blood tests taken, for vaccinations, or for other administrative purposes such as signing of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).

Therefore, we seek your understanding if the patients are not called in order of registration timings due to the above reasons.

Patients who are late for their appointments will be moved to the back of the queue to respect the time of patients who are already waiting to see the doctor.
